Changelog

We ship decently fast.

Your tools in one place

  • A redesigned home screen when you log in. Your Link-in-bio and CRM sit side by side, so you pick what you want to work on without hunting through menus.
  • Each tool has shortcuts to the pages you visit most: Profile, Forms, Analytics, Deals, Inbound, Creators, all one click away.
  • What we've just shipped shows up at the bottom, so the latest updates are the first thing you see after signing in.

Unlimited links and a new minimal look

  • No more 4-link cap on your profile. Stack as many links as you want.
  • A new Minimal layout shows your links as clean rows with a small icon and a centred title, handy if you prefer a Linktree-style feel.
  • Switch between Minimal, List, and Grid from the editor anytime. Your audience always sees the version you'd pick for them.

Forms analytics & inbox polish

  • Every form now has its own funnel on the Analytics page — see views, starts, and submissions side by side, plus your view-to-submit conversion rate.
  • Mark every unread submission as read in one click, jump between Active and Archived tabs, and quick-archive any row by hovering over it.
  • Form owners now get an email whenever a new submission lands, not just routed agencies.

Park creators and deals, bring them back anytime

  • Quiet a creator or a deal off your main view in one click. Everything moves to an Archived tab with the full history intact.
  • Bring them back exactly as you left them when the relationship picks up. Every stage, note, and payment is right where you remember.
  • Restoring a whole batch? Bulk restore handles a group of creators in a single action.

Every inbound, in one feed

  • A single feed shows every form submission landing on your pageo. Your bio's contact form, custom forms, all in one place.
  • Upgrade to Link-in-bio Pro and a contact form lands on your profile automatically. No setup, no blank-state first form.
  • Tapping a Pro-only form now offers to upgrade you on the spot, instead of bouncing you elsewhere.

pageo AI (preview)

  • A chat assistant in the right-side panel that knows your CRM. Ask it 'what came in this week', 'tell me about the Acme deal', or 'archive that submission from Sarah'.
  • It can update deal stages, mark submissions read, archive creators, change brand details, and more — every change is shown as a preview before you confirm.
  • Currently in private preview for lifetime Pro accounts. Open it from the bottom-right corner.

Custom forms with routing

  • Build your own forms with text, email, phone, dropdowns, checkboxes, and more. Embed one on your bio page or share the standalone link directly.
  • Route submissions to agency partners' CRM inboxes by linking their workspace. Every submission lands in your own inbox too.
  • Built-in spam protection: hidden honeypot field plus one submission per IP per day.

Agency mode for managers

  • If you manage creators, you can invite them to link their pageo account to your CRM by email. Once they accept, their roster row stays in sync with their bio profile.
  • When a linked creator updates their bio (name, handle, avatar), you get a one-click prompt to pull the changes — no more chasing them for an updated detail.
  • Switch between Active and Archived rosters, and restore anyone you've put on the bench.

New billing with Dodo Payments

  • Faster, smoother checkout via hosted Dodo Payments. Pay monthly or yearly (yearly saves 2 months) for Link-in-Bio Pro or CRM Pro.
  • A new Billing page in Settings shows your current plan, next billing date, and a button to update payment method or cancel anytime.
  • Every CRM Pro signup includes a 15-day free trial so you can try the full thing before paying.

Dribbble integration

  • Connect your Dribbble and show a grid of your latest shots on your pageo profile, always in sync with your portfolio.
  • Choose 2 or 3 column, each tile links directly to the shot on Dribbble.
  • Turn it on in Settings → Integrations. Reorder it alongside other sections from the Layout panel, and refresh from the editor whenever you publish new work.

Google Analytics integration

  • Connect your Google Analytics or Tag Manager to track visitors, traffic sources, and engagement on your public profile.
  • Link clicks, social icon taps, form submissions, and shares are all tracked as custom events automatically.
  • Optionally show a cookie consent banner for EU visitors. Set it up in Settings under Google Analytics.

Layout control & background themes

  • You can now drag and re-order sections on your profile — move socials, links, GitHub, Instagram, and more into any order you like from the Layout panel in the editor.
  • Pick a background color for your profile from a set of preset themes — find it in the Layout panel while editing.

GitHub contribution graph

  • Add your GitHub username and your contribution graph appears on your profile, visitors see how active you are at a glance.
  • The graph starts from your most recent activity, just like on GitHub. Toggle it on or off anytime from the editor.

Location on your profile

  • Add your city to your profile so visitors know where you're based.
  • A map appears on your public page when someone taps 'View on map' — no clutter, just context.
  • Set it up in Settings → Location. Show or hide it anytime from the editor without removing it.

YouTube integration

  • Connect your YouTube channel and show a grid of your latest videos on your pageo profile.
  • Choose 2 or 3 columns; each tile links to the video and stays in sync with your channel.
  • Turn it on in Settings → Integrations, your grid updates so visitors always see your newest uploads.

Instagram integration

  • Connect your Instagram and show a grid of your latest posts or reels on your pageo profile.
  • Choose 2 or 3 columns and optionally show likes and comments on each tile.
  • Turn it on in Settings → Integrations, your grid stays in sync so visitors always see your newest content.

More control in Settings

  • Add UTM parameters to your links so you can see pageo traffic in your analytics.
  • Show a content warning before your profile loads. Visitors can either proceed or leave, and their choice is remembered.
  • You can now also set custom metadata (title and description) for your profile. They appear in the browser tab, search results, and when your link is shared, or leave them blank to use your name and bio.

Audience & Subscriptions

  • You can now let visitors subscribe by email and get a "Notify your audience?" prompt after you save or publish.
  • Turn it on in Audience settings and send updates with an optional message, every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Command Palette

  • ⌘K / Ctrl+K opens a command palette from any admin page, allowing you to navigate, copy profile URL, log out, or open modals (add link, change username, upgrade to Pro, edit profile/bio).
  • Actions from the palette follow the same limits as the rest of the app, so you get a clear message instead of opening a modal when you're already at the limit.

Pin Your Primary Link

  • Mark one grid link as primary so it stands out and always appears first
  • Pinned link stays fixed when you reorder others, no accidental moves
  • Clear visual indicator so visitors see your main CTA at a glance
